GoPackIA acts solely as a technological tool and publishing platform, not as a tour operator, travel agency, financial intermediary or direct provider of tourism services.
2. Eligibility
The user declares that they have sufficient legal capacity to use the platform and agrees to use GoPackIA responsibly and in accordance with applicable legislation.
3. Responsibility for Content and Offers
Each agency, travel agent or seller is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information published.
- The availability, price and conditions of their travel packages.
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations.
- The quality and validity of products or services offered.
- The commercial relationship with their end clients.
GoPackIA does not guarantee or validate the authenticity, legality, availability, accuracy or fulfillment of travel packages, promotions, prices, bookings or services published by third parties on the platform.
The user understands that GoPackIA is an open platform where different tourism professionals publish information independently.
4. Limitation of Liability
GoPackIA shall not be liable for:
- Trip cancellations.
- Failures by tourism providers.
- Scams, fraud or incorrect information provided by third parties.
- Economic losses resulting from purchasing or contracting decisions.
- Human errors by agents, agencies or sellers.
GoPackIA will reasonably cooperate by providing available information and support in investigations related to incidents, fraud or conflicts reported by users, always within applicable legal and technical limits.
5. Permitted Use
The user agrees not to:
- Publish false, misleading or fraudulent content.
- Use the platform for illegal activities.
- Attempt to breach system security.
- Impersonate identities.
- Publish offensive, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
GoPackIA may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
6. Service Availability
Although we work to keep the platform available, GoPackIA does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted service availability. There may be maintenance, updates, technical errors or interruptions beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
The technology, brand, design, software and functionalities of GoPackIA are the property of the platform or their respective owners.
